Find us on iTunes
If you use an ipod and load it up using "iTunes" you can now subscribe to our podcast on there.
If you open the iTunes program, select the music store, and search for downshiftme in the search box on the top right.
There is a button to click to subscribe to the podcast to have episodes automagically downloaded to iTunes for you. You can then load your ipod or listen on your PC.

Still not sure whether I understand iTunes and how podcasting works but it all looks very interesting and I picked up on the Canadian Podcasts link. I had a browse through and clicked on what I thought looked like it might be an interesting read- 'An Alternative Life'...thinking it might be about alternative energy or self- sufficiency I clicked on the button to find myself on a very interesting bondage web site.....blimey- the things you find!
