Winter – managing to survive – yes it is cold. House is lovely and warm. Burning lots of wood – not using too much oil (as long as the gauge is working). Snow is a pain on the roads sometimes. Need to shovel the entrance to our drive.
Storms in Europe – plane taking off – couldn’t find on BBC or Youtube.

HAven't had time to listen to this week's episode, but hope that AJ is ok.

First, sorry to hear about the foot. Second... a quick explanation of the programming on BBC Canada. The station is managed in Canada by Alliance Atlantis, which also runs HGTV Canada(Home and Garden Television), so many of the programs it purchases are dual purpose. That's also why most of the Canadian programming on BBC Canada (as required to meet CanCon requirements) is also of a home improvement variety. The evening programming (8pm and later) tends to move away from this. Anyway, probably more than you needed to know, but there's your useless trivia for the day.
