Hi Matthew - many thanks for giving National Downshifting Week an airing! She's very grateful.
The third event is hurtling towards me and I'm really excited. This year, instead of touring around, I will be using technology to help me spread the word and leaving a lighter carbon footprint.
I did 'soft-launch' it last year in the US/Canada and it was well received, but couldn't come over to do the job properly as I lost my mum, which threw my world out of whack.
For the UK event this year, I'm doing a lot on the BBC and hospital radio networks, think I've got some telly liined up (digits crossed) and am happy to get a bloggage mention wherever possible!
Wishing you all the best with your endeavours to get people back to some simple, green living too.
