Fame at last! Thank you for the mention, and adding the link, made you go over the 30 minute target LOL!

I think Dylan going under AJ's desk is something Oliver does here sometimes, we think it is to do with the weather.

Re Getting a Chainsaw, Jerry said that the school in Port Hawkesbury does one day courses on Chainsaw Safety, might be worth thinking about.

What is the name of the Woodland management book you mentioned? would be useful for us and our 50 acre management.

The book is called
"The Woodland Way" A permaculture approach to sustainable woodland management - by Ben Law

So far its a damned good read - entertaining and lots of good practical advice

Your podcast sounded really clear on dial up and appreciate that you are still doing a lower quality download for those that do not have high speed....10MB takes us about 2 hours to download which isn't too bad at all and well worth the download time!!

Great podcast- very interesting indeed

Hi Guys,

Love the podcast. About bread...I wanted to mention that there is a really neat bread called "No Knead Bread" that is a huge sensation here in the US.

Long rise but very minimal hands on time and totally delicious. Give it a try.

Best,
Mira
