Just listened to your podcast and thoroughly enjoyed yer ramblings.
(I am right in the mood for making a loaf of banana bread - actually, I've just made a batch of oat apple cookies for the kids lunch boxes next week. Plain flour, rolled oats, desicated coconut, butter, sugar, syrup, little baking powder and a grated apple. Slop it all together, roll into fat gobstopper sized balls, stick on a tray and flatten slightly and bake for a bit.)
You should have downshifters nose bag specials!
Oh, and have a look at Redwood Foods for vegie sausages - they are all right as vegie ones go and would probably post them out to you too.
